30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused and unworn
  • in their original condition
  • returned with original packaging and tags attached


Items showing signs of wear may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or style, simply return the item and choose store credit, then place a new order for the item you prefer.

This allows you to easily select the correct item.

Store Credit

You may return eligible items for store credit.

Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Store credit cannot be redeemed for money.

Refunds

If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, you may return the item within 30 days.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the return is received.

*Return labels are intended for standard letterbox-sized returns. Additional carrier fees may apply for oversized returns.

**For orders placed in other currencies, the applicable return fee will be converted to the order currency.

Sale Items

Sale items may also be returned within 30 days.

They are eligible for either:

  • store credit, or
  • refund (return shipping applies)

Promotions & Bundels

If your order included a promotion (such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free or similar offers), the total discount is applied evenly across all items.

If items are returned, the refund amount will reflect the adjusted price of each item after the promotion has been applied.

To retain the full promotional value, items should be returned together.

Earrings & Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if the hygiene seal remains intact and the item has not been worn.

Items with removed seals cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Tamola will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
