Will the jewelry turn my skin green?

No. The materials we use are chosen specifically to avoid the common issues people experience with cheaper jewelry.

Everyone’s skin chemistry is different, but stainless steel and sterling silver are generally well tolerated.

Can I wear it every day?

Yes — our pieces are designed for everyday wear.

Many customers wear them daily, but like any jewelry we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals (such as chlorine or strong cleaning products) to keep them looking their best.

Can I shower with it?

Many customers do wear their pieces in the shower. However, soap, perfume and chemicals can affect jewelry over time, so occasional care will help maintain the finish.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are packed and shipped from the Netherlands.

This allows for faster delivery within Europe compared to many online jewelry stores.

How long does shipping take?

Netherlands: 1–2 business days
EU: 2–5 business days
UK: usually 3–5 business days

Do you offer returns?
